30-day returns on physical items

You can return unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Email support@growmarketshop.com or call +1 501-860-6921 with your order number (it starts with GM-).
2. We will reply with a return authorization and the address: 616 Watson Ln, Benton, AR 72015, USA.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a trackable service.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return arrives and is checked. Original shipping is refunded only if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Digital products and gift cards

Software codes, subscriptions and eGift cards are final sale once the code has been sent, unless the code does not work. If a code fails, contact us and we will fix it.

Items we cannot accept

• Opened personal care items such as sleep tape, skin care or supplements, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that are used, damaged by misuse or missing parts.
